This website is operated by Ayuvora, Kota, Rajasthan, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ayuvora, and "you" refers to the visitor or customer.

02Products and information

Ayuvora Organic Moringa Powder is a natural food product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified health professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

We try to show product details, images and colours accurately. Small natural variations in colour, aroma and texture can occur between batches.

03Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, for cash on delivery, after we confirm it. We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid in full.

04Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

05Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, return and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

06Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or copy its content, images or brand elements for commercial use without our written permission.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
