Shipping Policy

01Where we deliver

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you before processing the order and offer a full refund for any prepaid amount.

02Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹399 and above.

Orders below ₹399 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹50. The exact charge is always shown on the checkout page before you pay.

03Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

04Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details by email or phone so you can follow the delivery.

05Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready. Orders that are refused at the door without reason may make future COD orders ineligible.

06Delays and damaged parcels

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can occasionally happen. We will keep you informed and help resolve any issue.
